Pension Board Members' Interests

Under Section 5 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, members of the local Pensions Board are required to declare any matter or interest which may conflict with their duty on the Pensions Board.

Membership of the pension scheme is not a conflict under these provisions - neither is their role with their employer.

The Fund will keep and publish a list of any such conflicts as notified by members of the Pensions Board for publication on this website.
