To log-in to the Web Portal as a Fund Employer, please click here.

To register to use the web portal please read the pdf icon Usage policy [22kb] and email the Employer Relationship Team to request a user declaration form. Please note an electronic version of this form is now available. Guidance can be found below:

If you would like more information about the Fund's Employer web portal please telephone the dedicated employer helpline or e-mail the Employer Relationship Team.

Are the contact details we hold about your organisation correct? Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to your organisation's contact details.

In order to submit any changes to your organisational contact details, our preferred method of notification is by completion of the 'Submit contact list' process through the Employer web portal.

Scheduled downtime:

The employer portal will be unavailable on the following dates:

  • Saturday 25th April - Sunday 26th April 2020  
  • Saturday 18th July - Sunday 19th July 2020
  • Saturday 10th October - Sunday 11th October 2020
