Current status

Please note, pension estimates are now assigned to individual worktrays, once the process has been started. Previously, processes were assigned to the relevant employer group tray, and reassigned to individual worktrays.

 

Scheduled downtime

The employer portal will be unavailable on the following dates:

20212022
  • Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th January
  • Saturday 24th - Sunday 25th April
  • Saturday 10th - Sunday 11th July
  • Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th October
  • Saturday 15th - Sunday 16th January
  • Saturday 30th April - Sunday 1st May
  • Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th July
  • Saturday 15th - Sunday 16th October

 

Registration

To register to use the web portal please read the pdf icon Usage policy [22kb] and email the Employer Relationship Team to request a user declaration form. Please copy in your manager to this email request for authorisation purposes. Please note an electronic version of this form is now available. Guidance can be found below:

Contact Changes

Are the contact details we hold about your organisation correct? Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to your organisation's contact details.

In order to submit any changes to your organisational contact details, our preferred method of notification is by completion of the 'Submit contact list' process through the Employer Web Portal.
