How to Upload Your Monthly Data Submissions File

From April 2017 onwards your monthly data submissions file must be uploaded via the pensions portal by the 19th of the following month.

Once you have submitted your monthly file to us, you are able to confirm your submission has been successful by viewing the relevant Web Remittance Advice under documents ('View Documents') in the appropriate employer record. This would indicate the process been successfully loaded, pending data validation by our Business Performance and Data team.

Our Employer Relationship Team can be contacted to request a user declaration form, and can also provide any further guidance that you require surrounding the web portal.
