The situation surrounding coronavirus is fast moving, but we can reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure as seamless a service as possible whilst monitoring the latest advice from the UK Government to manage any consequences for our customers and our own staff.
There's no doubt that protecting the Fund against the impact of interruptions is of the utmost importance. Measures are in place to ensure that we can continue to pay pensions and administer the scheme when dealing with any significant event (such as the possible impacts of coronavirus). These measures are tested regularly as part of our robust Business Continuity Plan.
