We take member and employer feedback very seriously as it is a great way for us to constantly improve the service we offer.

Throughout 2016, the Member Services team has visited numerous organisations to speak to members, such as councils, universities, academies and many more.

We try to obtain feedback after every event such as feedback forms following presentations. In 2016, our members rated the Member Services Team as follows:

  • 99% - Clarity of presentation delivery
  • 100% - Structure and pace
  • 100% - Style of presenter
  • 100% - Members confirmed that the presenter could answer all queries
  • 98% - Members confirmed that they would recommend their presentation to a colleague

We receive feedback from event organisers via SurveyMonkey to ensure our services are accessible and fulfil member expectations.

We take comments from feedback to look to see what we are doing right or wrong, we are very pleased with the following comments from both members and employers:
