Re-setting your Username, Password or Security Question

 

If you are having problems accessing your account, you may be entering an incorrect username, password or security answer.

 
Your username is unique, and is generated by the Pensions Portal. To find out your username, search for your 'Pensions Portal Activation Email' in your registered email inbox. Alternatively to re-set your username, please click here.

 

To re-set your password

To re-set your password, you will be prompted for the following information:

  • Username
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • National Insurance Number
  • Security Answer

All fields, including your National Insurance Number are case sensitive.

Unsure of your Username? Go to your registered email account and search for 'Pensions Portal Activation Email' or re-set it by clicking 'Forgotten user details'

Please follow the instructions on the page and your login details will be sent to the email address that you registered with us. If your email address has changed, please contact us before you re-set your password.

To re-set your security answer

To re-set your security answer, you will be prompted for the following:

  • Username,
  • Surname,
  • Date of Birth,
  • National Insurance Number

Your username can be found within your activation email, please re-set this first if you are unsure of the format.
