Re-setting your Username, Password or Security Question

 
Unsure of your username?

Your username is unique and it was generated by the Pensions Portal at the time of your registration.

To find out your username, search for your 'Pensions Portal Activation Email' in your registered email inbox.

Alternatively you can reset your username using the 'forgotten your user details' link on the sign in page of the Pensions Portal providing you know your case-sensitive security answer. Your login details will be sent to the email address that you registered with us, usually within around 15 minutes. If your email address has changed, please contact us before you re-set your username.

 

Unsure of your password?

To re-set your password, you will be prompted for the following information:

  • Username
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • National Insurance Number
  • Security Answer

All fields, including your National Insurance Number are case sensitive.
